In private yoga lessons with Carlee you’ll receive personalized postures, breathing techniques, and meditations customized for your individual needs. Carlee follows the ancient Hatha Yoga tradition in her teachings supporting clients in developing a deeper and more compassionate relationship with their bodies. Using the principles of a Trauma Informed Practice assures a slow titration of change.
