Walk and Talk Sessions

Walk and Talk sessions give clients the opportunity step into nature and move your body during your session. Not only does this form of counselling get you outside of the office environment, walking also helps to support your mood and emotional regulation. Some clients (especially youth) even find this to be a less intimidating way to connect with their counsellor. Let your counsellor know if you would like for your session to be a walk and talk.
