She takes a warm, compassionate, trauma-informed approach to therapy, integrating attachment-based and somatic practices to help clients better understand themselves and the experiences that have shaped them. Brittany believes that healing happens through feeling safe, connected, and understood, and she works collaboratively with clients to support growth at a pace that feels right for them.
Brittany works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, trauma, PTSD, and dissociation. She also supports clients who feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves or others, or find themselves repeating patterns in their lives that no longer serve them. Brittany enjoys working with people from all walks of life, and has a particular strength and interest in supporting men who have experienced complex trauma.
Brittany holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Trinity Western University.
